Get your family or students together for the Renzulli Challenge. Each month we will feature a new challenge which will stimulate creativity and investigative thought.
February 2017
To celebrate the Agent Au Pair designation, this month’s challenge is tailored to challenge the minds of young children.
Tell Me a Story – Creative Writing For Young Children
Look at the drawings and make up a short story to tell your friends or parents what is happening in these drawings. Remember, there are many different possible stories you can tell. Make up a happy, sad, or funny story.
Is the big bunny a parent or brother or sister? What is he or she saying to the little bunnies? Do the bunnies have names? Make your story as interesting as possible. Use color pencils to add clothing to your bunnies.
January 2017
For this month’s Renzulli Challenge you and your family were asked to see who in your family could create 1) the most groups, 2) groups with the most figures in them, and 3) a group that no one has thought of.
We are asking families to submit their top numbers for each round and the winners will be announced next month!
